The event is proposed to be organized at the historic Hamdard Convention Centre of Jamia Hamdard. Delhi city is well connected to all major cities of world and India by air and nationally by rail and road links. The University is located near lush green Jahanpanah Forest of South Delhi about 25 km from airport and railway station. After confirmation of registration we will issue travel and pickup advice to each participant. During the month of November - December it is winter season (~ 20 C). Participants may need to wear light warm outfits.

Sight seeing: Depending on number of requests sight-seeing tours may be organized for Delhi City and nearby places of tourists’ interest such as Agra (Taj Mahal City, about 200 km) and Jaipur (Pink City; about 250 km).
