(i)         Good academic record with a doctoral degree or equivalent published work in Islamic Studies/ Arabic/ Persian. In addition to these, candidates who join from outside the university system, shall also possess at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade of B in 7 point scale with latter grades O, A, B, C, D, E & F at the Master’s degree level.

(ii)        Five years of experience of teaching and/or research excluding the period spent for obtaining the research degree and has made some mark in the areas of scholarship as evidenced by quality of publications, contribution to educational innovation, design of new courses and curricula.

Note:

(i)         The candidates having Ph.D in Arabic/Persian should have degree of Fazeelat from a reputed Madarsa.

(ii)        The candidates having Ph.D in Islamic Studies should have good knowledge of Arabic / Persian language.

(iii)        All the candidates should have good knowledge of English language.

(iv)             The experience of Research Officer will be considered as teaching experience.

18.       Professor in Health, Hospital & Pharmaceutical Management - One  

i.          Ph. D degree with first Class Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Management and bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy OR Ph.D degree with first Class MBA degree and bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. 

ii.         Ten years experience in Teaching/ working in any Pharmaceutical Company out of which 5 years must be at the level of Reader and /or equivalent

                OR

i.          Ph.D. degree with first class Master’s degree in any branch of Health Management.
