A. Department of Gen. Medicine

01. Professor: One

Essential Qualification:

M.D. (Medicine) / M.D.(General Medicine)

Experience:

(i) As Associate Professor in General Medicine/Medicine for three years in the recognized medical college.

(ii)Minimum of four research publications in indexed/ national journals as the First Author. Out of which minimum of 2 research publications must be published during the tenure of the Associate Professor.

As Reader/Associate Professor in General Medicine/Medicine for four years in a recognised medical college.

Desirable: Minimum of four Research publications indexed in Index Medicus/national journals and one research publication in International Journal.

B. Department of Pharmacology

01. Associate Professor : One

Essential Qualification: M.D. (Pharmacology) / MBBS with Ph.D. (Med. Pharmacology)/M.Sc. (Med. Pharmacology) with Ph.D.(Med. Pharmacology)/ M.Sc.(Med. Pharmacology) with D.Sc.(Med. Pharmacology).

Experience:

(i) As Assistant Professor in Pharmacology for four years in the recognized medical college.

(ii) Minimum of two research publications in indexed/national journals as the First Author. Out of which 2 research publications must be published during the tenure of the Assistant Professor.

As Assistant Professor/Lecturer in Pharmacology for five years in a recognised medical college.

Desirable: Minimum of four Research publications indexed in Index Medicus/national journals.

C. Department of Paediatrics

01. Associate Professor: One

Essential Qualification:

M.D. (Paediatrics)

Experience:

(i) As Assistant Professor in Paediatrics for four years in the recognized medical college.

(ii) Minimum of two research publications in indexed/national journals as the First Author. Out of which 2 research publications must be published during the tenure of the Assistant Professor.

As Reader/Associate Professor in Paediatrics for four years in a recognised medical college.

Desirable: Minimum of four Research publications indexed in Index Medicus/national journals and one research publication in International Journal.

D. Department of Orthopaedics

01. Associate Professor: One

Essential Qualification:

M.S. (Orthopaedics)

Experience:

(i) As Assistant Professor in Orthopaedics for four years in the recognized medical college.

(ii) Minimum of two research publications in indexed/national journals as the First Author. Out of which 2 research publications must be published during the tenure of the Assistant Professor.

As Assistant Professor/Lecturer in Orthopaedics for five years in a recognised medical college.

E. Department of Anaesthesia

01. Associate Professor: One

Essential Qualification:

M.D. (Anaesthesiology)/ M.S. (Anaesthesiology)

Experience:

(i) As Assistant Professor in Anaesthesiology for four years in the recognized medical college.

(ii) Minimum of two research publications in indexed/national journals as the First Author. Out of which 2 research publications must be published during the tenure of the Assistant Professor.

As Assistant Professor/Lecturer in Anaesthesiology for five years in a recognised medical college.

F. Department of Radio-Diagnosis

01. Associate Professor: One

Essential Qualification:

M.D.(Radio-Diagnosis)/ M.D.(Radiology/ M.S. (Radiology)

Experience:

(i) As Assistant Professor in Radio-Diagnosis/Radiology for four years in the recognized medical college.

(ii) Minimum of two research publications in indexed/national journals as the First Author. Out of which 2 research publications must be published during the tenure of the Assistant Professor.

As Assistant Professor/Lecturer in Radio-Diagnosis/ Radiology for five years in a recognised medical college.

Desirable: Minimum of four Research publications indexed in Index Medicus/national journals.

02. Assistant Professor: One

Essential Qualification:

M.D.(Radio-Diagnosis)/ M.D.(Radiology/ M.S. (Radiology)

Experience:

(i) Requisite recognized postgraduate Qualification in the subject.

(ii) Three years teaching experience in the subject in a recognized medical college as resident/ Registrar/Demonstrator/ Tutor.

ii. In the event the candidate is from industry and the profession, the following shall constitute as essential:

1. First Class M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering

2. Significant professional work which can be recognized as equivalent to a Ph.D. Degree in appropriate branch of Engineering/ Technology and industrial / professional experience of ten years, out of which at least five years at a senior level of Associate Professor / Reader, Provided that the recognition for significant professional shall be valid only if the same is recommended unanimously by a 3-Member Committee of Experts appointed by the Vice-Chancellor of the University.

3. A post graduate Degree in the subject concerned or allied subject, as approved by CCIM in Unani from an accredited university

4. Good knowledge of Urdu & Arabic.

6. Proficiency in English Communication.
